Terms & Conditions
Rental Period: Standard rental is 3 days unless otherwise agreed. Additional days may be charged.
Payment: Payment is due at or before delivery. Any overages, damages, or extra days will be charged to the customer.
Weight Limit: Each 16-yard dumpster includes 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs). Each 13-yard dumpster includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) Any weight exceeding those will be charged at $0.08 per pound over the limit. All weights are determined by certified landfill scale tickets.
Loading: Materials must not exceed the top rim of the dumpster. Overloaded or unsafe containers may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.
Prohibited Items: No hazardous waste, chemicals, liquids, tires, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, or other restricted materials. Customer is responsible for any fines or disposal fees resulting from prohibited items.
Placement & Property: Customer is responsible for safe placement location. Performance Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage to driveways, asphalt, concrete, septic tanks, underground utilities, or soft ground conditions.
Permits: Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits if placed on public property.
Liability: Customer assumes responsibility for proper use of the dumpster and agrees to cover any damages, misuse, or violations of these terms.
